    Privacy Policy

How we handle personal information on this website. Last updated 6 October 2026.

    Who we are

This website is operated by Arreya, which designs and installs donor recognition walls. Arreya is the data controller for the information described here.

You can reach us at sales@arreya.com or +1 319 396 8101. Our registered address is [[ADD POSTAL ADDRESS]].

    Information you give us

We collect personal information when you choose to send it, through our contact form, quote requests, consultation bookings, and the calculators that email you a report. Depending on the form, that is:

    • your name
    • your email address
    • your phone number
    • your organisation’s name
    • what you tell us about your project
    • whether you agreed to hear from us about other things, which is recorded separately from your enquiry

We use this to answer you, prepare a quote, and keep a record of the conversation. The lawful basis is the performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before one, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Consultation times are booked through Zoho Bookings, embedded on our site. What you enter in that scheduler goes to Zoho.

    Information we collect automatically

With your consent we use analytics to understand which pages are useful and which campaigns bring people here. This covers:

    • the page you are on, its title, the page you arrived from, and any campaign tags in the link you followed
    • an identifier stored in your browser so repeat visits can be recognised as the same browser
    • approximate location derived from your IP address, at country level

That identifier describes a browser rather than a person. A shared computer looks like one visitor, and a phone and a laptop look like two. We do not treat it as proof of identity, and we never use it to decide whether to grant anyone access to anything.

If you later send us an enquiry, the address you give us is used to connect that earlier activity to your record, so we can see what you were looking at before you got in touch.

None of this happens without your consent where consent is required. You can change your mind at any time — reopens the choice.

    Cookies and similar storage

We group these into three kinds:

    • Necessary. Protecting forms against abuse, keeping you signed in if you are a member of our staff, and remembering your cookie choice. These are always active, because the site cannot work without them. Remembering a refusal requires storing the refusal.
    • Analytics. Google Analytics and our own page-view tracking. Off unless you turn them on.
    • Marketing. Google Ads, used to measure which adverts lead to enquiries. Off unless you turn them on.

Where consent is required, nothing in the optional categories is set until you allow it. Outside those regions, analytics and marketing operate by default and you can still opt out using the same link.

    Who else processes your information

We do not sell personal information. We do share it with service providers who process it on our behalf:

    • Zoho — our CRM, where enquiries are recorded and worked, plus the booking scheduler
    • Resend — delivers enquiry notifications to our sales inbox
    • Google — Analytics and Ads, where you have allowed them
    • Vercel — hosts the site and reports aggregate performance
    • Sanity — stores the site’s content, such as project photos and articles
    • Amazon Web Services — stores and delivers images and video

These providers are largely based in the United States, so your information may be transferred there and to other countries where they operate. Where that involves a transfer out of the UK or EEA, it relies on the safeguards available for that provider, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

    How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for [[ADD RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 24 months]] after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep what we need for the business relationship and for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Analytics records are kept for [[ADD RETENTION PERIOD]]. Your cookie choice is kept in your browser until you clear it or change it.

    Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. You can also ask us to send it to another provider, and you can withdraw consent for anything you previously allowed.

A deletion request covers the automatically collected activity as well as the enquiry itself, including any activity still held under a browser identifier not yet connected to your name.

Email sales@arreya.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, and if you are in the EEA to your national supervisory authority.

    Children

This site is aimed at organisations rather than individuals, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

    Changes

If we change how we use personal information, we will update this page and its date. Where a change introduces a new purpose that needs consent, we will ask again rather than rely on an answer you gave about something else.

    Questions

If anything here is unclear, or you want to exercise one of the rights above, get in touch.
