Custom Product Policy

Because each Rail Wall and donor recognition display is custom-manufactured to your exact specifications, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Before Production

• Full refund available if cancelled before production begins
• Design approval required before manufacturing starts
• Changes can be made at no charge during the design phase

After Production Begins

• Orders cannot be cancelled once custom manufacturing has started
• Modifications may incur additional charges depending on scope
• We'll work with you to address any concerns

Upon Delivery

• Inspect your order immediately upon receipt
• Report any shipping damage within 48 hours with photos
• Manufacturing defects will be replaced or repaired at no charge
• We cover return shipping for defective products

What's Not Covered

• Damage caused by improper installation
• Normal wear and tear
• Changes to design preferences after approval and production

Delivery Area

We ship donor recognition walls to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. For other international destinations, please contact us.

Production & Shipping Timeline

• Design Phase: 1-2 weeks (varies based on complexity and revisions)
• Production: 2-4 weeks after design approval
• Shipping: 3-7 business days via freight carrier
• Total Timeline: Typically 4-8 weeks from order to delivery

Shipping Methods

Rail Walls are shipped via professional freight carriers to ensure safe delivery. All orders are carefully packaged with protective materials.

Shipping Costs

Free local pickup is available from our Hiawatha, Iowa facility. For shipping, costs vary based on wall size, weight, and destination. A detailed shipping quote will be included in your project proposal.

Estimated Transit Times

• United States: 1-5 business days after production
• Canada: 5-14 business days after production
• Mexico: 7-21 business days after production

Professional Installation

Every order includes detailed installation instructions. Professional installation services are available for an additional fee. Contact us for an installation quote.

Payment Schedule

For custom donor recognition walls, we typically use the following payment structure:

• 50% Deposit: Due upon order confirmation and design approval
• 50% Balance: Due before shipping
